Refund and Returns Policy

At Saltwater Laser Art, we want you to love the artwork and designs you bring into your home. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns

• Eligibility: All items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, except for framed art and custom signs, which are final sale and non-returnable.
• Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Please include original packaging when possible.

💵 Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped or defective product).

🔄 Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at todd@saltwaterlaser.art before sending your item back.

🚚 Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping.
• If you are returning for any other reason (changed your mind, etc.), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

• Framed Art (in-stock, made-to-order, personalized, or commissioned pieces)
• Custom Signs (personalized text, names, or designs)

These items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

To initiate a return, please contact us at todd@saltwaterlaser.art with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization.
